The crew took their time to make sure all the details were addressed and nothing was overlooked, they also kept the work area very organized. They started on-time and worked diligently around some of the harsher winter weather. Highly recommend this family owned business, we really feel like they treated our house like it was their own!

We had dreaded and notorious stucco issues (so we had a company out a year ago to conduct an official test & we were basically living in a rotting house). Inside is beautiful, but the windows were “crying” and several replacement windows … More leaked in hard rains. We were dragging our feet due to the expense & overall daunting task we knew was ahead of us. My husband and I (ok, basically it fell on me 🙂 got 5 quotes and spent a long time meeting with companies and going over budgets and options. We ultimately chose Morgan & it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Seriously.The quote seemed fair, the experience was evident, materials quality, and the communication was quick! They text me back ASAP (faster than my kids or husband do). And this crew works hard! Hauling heavy, sharp stucco to a dumpster is not easy! And somehow they did it with a smile when I saw them in the drive or back yard.The referrals of other companies they gave me were all also top notch (the electrician, mason, window and door guy, roofers, etc.) We went full tilt and did it all! New roof & larger gutters, new hardie board around entire house where there was rotting stucco, new facia, white trim, new windows, new slider, new front door, new garage doors, new front porch stone, new stone on the “apron of the house” and around the front door, new ring cameras, new motion lights and exterior lighting (they all match now! Yay!)There were a couple of very small hiccups that happened (I.e. the new stone that the mason step installed was 12 inches when it’s supposed to be 14) but there was NO DRAMA & they came out 2 days later to fix it..(& no extra costs passed onto me). Literally, just a team of guys who came back out and made it right if i wasn’t 100% satisfied. And to be fair, I didn’t even notice the step tread was too shallow. They TOLD ME!This family owned business exuded empathy (for the stucco issues and the $$ we had to spend to fix it), total expertise and some great advice along the way. They steered me in the right direction when I was tired of making the 11th quick decision of the day (from lighting to door design). I have never undergone any home project so all encompassing and I always felt like I was in good hands. I was a bank project manager for years and so I project managed this too, but unlike a lot of kitchen and deck renovations I have had to do on my home in years past, this was a breeze. Jim, the owner and I were in constant communication and my expectations were always respected and met.Would absolutely not hesitate to refer them to anyone & would use them in the future (but for my sake I really, really hope I won’t need to :)Thanks Morgan team! I can not say enough about Morgan Exteriors!!! From the first call to come out to estimate to having all our work completed, they were professional, courteous and on time everyday! We had stucco removed and replaced with Hardy Siding. … More They did a beautiful job!I would not hesitate to recommend them!
